Our Terms & Conditions

**1. Introduction**

Welcome to Waltham Auto Valeting. These terms and conditions govern your use of our automotive valet and detailing services. By accessing our services, either by telephone, in-person, or online, you agree to be bound by these terms as well as any additional terms applicable to certain services.

 

**2. Services Offered**

We provide a variety of auto valeting and detailing services, including exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, ceramic coatings, detailing, and other specialty services. Detailed descriptions and any specific service limitations are available upon request or on our website.

 

**3. Pricing and Payment**

Prices for our services vary depending on the condition,  vehicle type, and the size of the vehicle, as well as the specific services requested. Current pricing can be found on our website or can be available upon request. We accept payment via cash and/or bank transfer. Payment is due at the time services are rendered or before the due date specified on a copy of our invoice provided by myself, or otherwise specified.

 

**4. Booking and Cancellations**

Appointments can be booked via email, text, over the phone, or in person. We require a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date of service will require full payment of the service booked. Rescheduling a booking within 7 days to an appropriate alternative date will incur an inconvenience fee.

 

**5. Use of Vehicle and Personal Items**

Customers must remove all personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. Waltham Auto Valeting or any person associated with Waltham Auto Valeting is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in a vehicle while it is being worked upon. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you waive any claims for damages that may arise after the services are complete unless claim is due to gross negligence or willful misconduct by myself or our staff.

**6. Liability and Damage**

Waltham Auto Valeting or any person associated with Waltham Auto Valeting will only be liable for damages from services rendered to the extent such damage is caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage of the vehicle prior to servicing. Any claims for damages must be reported to myself via text message or via email within 24 hours of service completion.

 

**7. Complaints and Feedback**

We strive to deliver the highest standard of service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact me via text message, over the phone, or via email. We are committed to addressing and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.

 

**8. Privacy Policy**

We respect the privacy of our customers. Personal information collected, such as name, contact information, and vehicle details, is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Our privacy policy can be accessed via our website

 

**9. Changes to Terms and Conditions**

Waltham Auto Valeting reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically.

 

**10. Governing Law**

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Waltham Auto Valeting operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts of this jurisdiction.
